HEALTH & WELLBEING EMPLOYER PLEDGE

Sign up below to the Employers Health & Wellbeing Pledge to demonstrate your commitment to employee health & wellbeing. 


The pledge may be used by employers to aid recruitment and retention. After signing up you will receive access to the Employers Health & Wellbeing Toolkit which includes the 'commitment logo' that be can used on your website and a variety of resources.

Background

In 2021/22, the National Health & Wellbeing team at NHS England and NHS Improvement allocated funding to support several ICS areas to pilot a range of initiatives to support the health & wellbeing of primary care colleagues. 

The pledge has been developed drawing on feedback gathered from stakeholders. 

 

PLEDGE COMMITMENTS

Organisations signed up to the Employer's Health and Wellbeing Pledge have committed to supporting staff with:
